Alex has been focused in the property sector since university, when he started a small and successful business preparing properties for the rental market.
Following graduation he worked for market leading estate agents in Central and West London, covering Richmond, Barnes, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Mayfair, Belgravia and St John’s Wood.
Alex also gained international exposure and experience with a European based property consultancy.
Whilst working in the property sector Alex developed an interest in working with residential developers who were building sites from one to two hundred plus units. Alex consulted with these clients from project inception right through to completion offering advice on the best way to maximise their investment and produce the best return on the capital that was employed.
The expertise Alex acquired in this area and the demand from his clients, coupled with his pan residential property experience, provided a platform from which A. N. McGuffie Limited was launched.
Alex founded A. N. McGuffie Limited in 2008, to facilitate his clients’ requirements across the residential property platform, believing that he could offer excellent personal service and deliver consistently outstanding results.
